How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed with care within 1-2 business days at our home in Homer, US. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose.

Carrier: DHL or FedEx.
Delivery Time: Typically 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Best For: Christmas Trees, Lights, and Decorations needed for a specific decorating weekend. Includes tracking.
2. Free Shipping – FREE on orders $50+
Carrier: EMS.
Delivery Time: Typically 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Best For: Planning ahead for Dining & Entertaining supplies, Wrapping Paper, or Outfits. Perfect for early birds! This option is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders.

Where do you ship to?
We are delighted to bring festive cheer globally! We ship from Homer, US, to doorsteps worldwide. Please note, we are currently unable to deliver to a few remote areas in Asia and other regions. If you have a specific location question, please contact us.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes! For Standard Shipping orders, you will receive tracking information to follow your package’s journey. For orders shipped via Free Shipping (EMS), tracking may vary by destination.
